Registration Open For New Kindergarteners, 1st Grade Students At Wayne Schools

February is the month for parents and guardians to register soon-to-be kindergarteners, or first graders who are entering Wayne Schools.

WAYNE, NJ — The registration window has opened for kindergarten and first grade students who are entering Wayne Township Public Schools for the 2024/25 school year.

Only a parent or guardian may enroll the child, and registration is done online, with a deadline of Feb. 29. Parents and guardians are asked to have the required documents prepared before they go to register. This includes a home language survey, the child's doctor and insurance information, and proof of residency.

The registration process must be complete before parents or guardians can schedule an appointment with the school registrar. Once submitted, you will receive an email or phone call from the school office to discuss and finalize the registration process.
