2 Hospitalized After Car, Motorcycle Crash In South Jersey: Police

Both drivers were seriously injured in the crash, which is under investigation, authorities said.

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ — Two people were hospitalized after a motorcycle and a car collided Friday night in Gloucester County, authorities said.

It happened around 7:30 p.m. on Glassboro-Cross Keys Road and Flanagan Avenue in Washington Township.

A motorcyclist from Erial was traveling westbound on the roadway and hit a car that was trying to make a turn in front of him, police said.

Both drivers were brought to Cooper University Hospital in Camden. The motorcyclist was hospitalized in stable condition with a fractured femur.

The other driver, a Sewell resident, sustained "serious" injuries, police said. The driver's condition wasn't immediately clear.
