Democrats Keep West Deptford, Gloucester Co. Seats: Unofficial Tally
Incumbent commissioners held off a strong showing for Republican candidates to keep a Democratic majority on the seven-member board.
WEST DEPTFORD, NJ — Incumbent Democrats will hold their seats in Gloucester County and on the West Deptford Township Committee, according to Tuesday's unofficial election results.
Commissioners Frank J. DiMarco (who is the director) and Denice DiCarlo held off a strong showing for Republican candidates to keep a Democratic majority on the seven-member board.
Vote-by-mail and provisional ballots may affect final totals.

Gloucester County races
County clerk - vote for 1
- James N. Hogan (D-incumbent): 51,239
- Tom Narolewski (R): 46,199
County commissioner - vote for 2
- Frank J. DiMarco (D-incumbent): 49,755
- Denice DiCarlo (D-incumbent): 49,516
- Adam Wingate (R): 47,987
- Stephen H. Pakradooni, Jr. (R): 47,104
The school board candidate positions were uncontested, and all were incumbents. Steven Bagge was the candidate for the one-year term, with Nancy Barna, Jacquelyn Naphys, and Drew Ricchiuti retaining their seats.
In the contest for New Jersey’s 1st Congressional district, Gloucester County voters chose sitting Democrat Donald W. Norcross over Republican Claire Gustafson, according to unofficial results. Norcross got 36,550 votes to Gustafson’s 31,024 according to the county BOE.
In Gloucester County, NJ-1 includes Deptford, part of East Greenwich, Glassboro, Mantua, Monroe, National Park, Paulsboro, Pitman, Washington, Wenonah, West Deptford, Westville, Woodbury, and Woodbury Heights.
