Paulsboro Man Pleads Guilty in Burglary, Faces 5 Years

A Paulsboro man pleaded guilty today to a second-degree burglary in which he broke into a home and struck two women with a plank before stealing their television.
In a negotiated plea, James J. Woshnak, Jr., 39, of Paulsboro faces five years in New Jersey state prison for the January 8 incident, according to a statement from the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office.
Assistant Gloucester County Prosecutor Laurie Cimino will recommend that Woshnak serves 85 percent of the sentence before he is considered for parole, the statement said.

Woshnak's sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 6.
