West Deptford Crash, Vehicle Fire Closes Lanes Friday Morning: DOT

WEST DEPTFORD, NJ - A motor vehicle crash on I-295 in West Deptford has prompted commuting delays in the area Friday morning, authorities said.

As of 7:06 a.m., there’s a crash with injuries, a jack-knifed tractor trailer and a vehicle fire on I-295 in both directions on Exit 20-CR 643/Jessup Road in West Deptford, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

Two left lanes are currently closed; there is a 5- to 10-minute delay, the agency said.

Motorists are asked to use caution.
