Woodbury Man Arrested for Alleged Sexual Contact with Child
Fredy O. Valle-Lemus was charged Thursday with inappropriately touching an 8-year-old girl he was babysitting.
A Woodbury man who had been babysitting an eight-year-old girl in his apartment was jailed Thursday on charges that he inappropriately touched her.
Fredy O. Valle-Lemus, 51, was charged with aggravated sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child, according to a statement from the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office.
Valle-Lemus was jailed on default of $50,000 bail following the arrest; U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement also issued a detainer for him.
