5 New Businesses Coming To Westfield This Spring
The businesses include a Mexican-Indian fusion restaurant, a coffee and lunch cafe, a home furnishing store, an Italian restaurant and more.
WESTFIELD, NJ — This spring, residents can expect five new businesses to open in Westfield.
MasalaMex, a mash-up of Mexican and Indian food, will offer fast-casual dining in Town.
Mayor Shelley Brindle noted at the Feb. 25 Council meeting that MasalaMex "looks great."

Brindle also added that Cafe Isola, an Italian restaurant, will be opening in the former Feast Catering at 27 Elm St.
"It’s currently in LBI and apparently has a huge following," said Brindle of Isola Italian Trattoria.

A new home furnishing store called Heirloom is also coming to town at 114 Elm St., across from Adams Tavern.
"Then, in the old AlphaFit building on Central Avenue, an amazing new coffee and lunch cafe called Almost Home General Store should be opening in April or May," said Brindle.
Lastly, Broadway Chicken Hot & Honey Chicken will be opening at 109 E Broad St. in Westfield. For more information, visit broadwaychicken.com.
