Kean Jr. Declared Victor Over Altman In District 7 Race: AP Reports
Republican incumbent Tom Kean Jr. and Democrat Sue Altman were both vying for the District 7 Congressional seat.

DISTRICT 7, NJ — Republican incumbent Tom Kean Jr. was declared victorious for re-election in the Congressional District 7 race against Democrat Sue Altman, according to the Associated Press.
Kean declared victory earlier last night during a Watch Party in Basking Ridge and Altman conceded during her watch party in Bridgewater, according to nj.com.

Kean Jr. has served as Congressman for District 7 since winning the election in November 2022 over then-incumbent Democrat Tom Malinowski.
District 7 covers all of Hunterdon County, and parts of Essex, Morris, Somerset, Union, and Warren counties.
