Gedman's Blackbelt Academy Offers Self-Defense Seminar to the Public
Krav Maga Seminar on January 19

Gedman’s Black Belt Academy of the Westfield Area YMCA will host a Krav Maga Seminar on Friday, January 19, an opportunity for the community ages 16+ to gain personal safety and self-defense skills. The seminar will be held from 6:30-9:30pm at the Bauer Family Branch YMCA, 422 East Broad Street in Westfield.
Known for its effectiveness and efficiency in real-world self-defense situations, Krav Maga teaches simple, effective and easy-to-learn self-defense principles and techniques that can help keep you safe. No prior martial arts experience is needed.
The seminar is not only a great learning experience, but a charitable event. There is a $40 participation fee, and a portion of those proceeds will be donated to the H.U. Lee Foundations Scholarship Program. Participants should dress in workout or comfortable clothes, bring water to stay hydrated and prepare to have a great time.
