“As residents of Rahway, we experienced firsthand the renaissance of its downtown and the addition of contemporary retail that’s created a cool New York City-type vibe,” Guaba, a Mint resident herself, told the outlet. “What it lacked was an inviting establishment that was open late and where neighbors could join and socialize … Fast forward over a year and Wholly Cow has become a reality, fulfilling a dream to open a café that would bring people together and have delicious food options.”

Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
