Motorcyclist Seriously Injured, Hospitalized After Crash In Union County
The motorcyclist, a 44-year-old man from Roselle, remains hospitalized on Thursday, said police.
LINDEN, NJ — A Union County motorcyclist is hospitalized following a serious crash with a car on Wednesday night.
At around 5:40 p.m., Linden Police Officers responded to the 1100 block of W. St. George Avenue on reports of a serious motor vehicle crash involving a motorcycle.
According to preliminary reports, the motorcycle was traveling westbound on W. St. George Avenue when he crashed into a 2019 Volkswagen Atlas that was making a left turn from the eastbound lanes," said Linden Police.

The motorcyclist, a 44-year-old man from Roselle, was seriously injured in the crash. He was taken to Newark University Hospital, where he remains in stable condition, said police.
No other injuries were reported as a result of the crash. W. St. George Avenue was closed between N. Stiles Street and Ross Street for nearly three hours before it was reopened.
