Viktoria Seiz takes baked goods that are typically quite rich and fattening and transforms them into a dessert that is healthier and uses raw ingredients.
For instance, the bakery offers a tiRAWmisu, a take on the classic tiramisu, which consists of dates, raw walnut, raw cashew and organic almond milk, among other ingredients.
