He also takes care of skin cancer/lesion excisions, lipomas, accessory breast tissue, and performs in-office earlobe repairs of stretched and torn earlobes (and puts a new earring in at the same time). As of 7:27 a.m., there's an overturned tractor-trailer on I-278 eastbound ramp to East of Exit 1 - US 1&amp;9 in Linden, according to the NJ Department of Transportation. All lanes are closed, NJ DOT said. No other information is currently available on the crash.
