Summer Reading Program Explodes at Westfield Memorial Library
People can read for pleasure and prizes until late August.

The Westfield Memorial Library Collaborative Summer Reading program for Adults, Teens, Children and young children has begun, and the library is bustling with activity. The library is located at 550 East Broad Street.
With the theme of “Color our World”, this year’s reading program began June 23 and will run until August 24 for children and August 25 for adults. The library has levels for Little Listeners (birth and older, not yet reading), Kids (readers up through entering grade 5), Teens (entering grades 6-12) and adults.
Each age group has a different summer reading contest with age-appropriate prizes. The more people read, the more prizes they can earn. Readers can come into the library to register and get a reading log, or they can register at the Beanstack webpage or the Beanstack app available on Google Play and Apple App stores.
