Union County Votes 2025: Your Guide To Submitting A Ballot

UNION COUNTY, NJ — The Union County Board of Elections and Patch are gearing up voters with information necessary to make their voices heard on Nov. 4.
The deadline to register to vote was Oct. 14 regardless on how you plan on submitting your ballot. You can check your registration status here.
Voting By Mail

Mail-in ballot applications are available until Oct. 28. Every ballot postmarked, dropped into a secure box, or brought to the Board of Elections office by 8 p.m. on Nov. 4 will be valid.

Early In-Person
Certain locations throughout the County will accept early ballots from Oct. 25 to Nov. 2. A list of locations can be found on the Union County Board of Elections website.
On Election Day
Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Find out where your assigned polling location is by visiting the portal on the County's website.
The County is also looking to hire paid poll workers for Nov. 4. A two-hour training class is required prior to Election Day. READ MORE
