Westfield Area YMCA Will Host Senior Healthcare Forum on January 17

The Westfield Area YMCA is hosting a free Senior Healthcare Forum featuring speakers from Arbor Terrace, a home healthcare agency, Unicity Senior Advisors, and a local eldercare attorney on Wednesday, January 17 at 6:00 pm. The event will be held at the Main Y Facility, 220 Clark Street, open to the community.

  • The discussion will include the following topics:
  • The differences in senior living communities and levels of care
  • How to stay safe with home healthcare
  • Services offered by Geriatric Care Managers
  • Legal documents necessary for proper estate planning.

A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation. Refreshments will be provided by Arbor Terrace of Mountainside.
