Police arrested a 21-year-old West Orange man Sunday <a href="http://www.app.com/article/20130312/NJNEWS14/303120062/West-Orange-man-accused-using-rifle-Neptune-robbery?nclick_check=1" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">who allegedly robbed a Neptune home</a> with a sawed-off rifle, a published report said.  Wise Star Suggs allegedly held two men hostage for two days in a Neptune residence and stole one of the victim's cars and house keys, APP.com reported.  Over the two days, Suggs allegedly forced one of the men to sell his belongings at a pawn shop, the report said. Suggs was arrested and charged with armed robbery, robbery, criminal restraint, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, the report said.  Sugg's is currently being lodged in the Monmouth County Jail in Freehold Township in lieu of $322,500 bail.
