5 West Orange Firefighters Earn Promotions: See The List
A swearing-in ceremony was held at Town Hall, with a packed room of family and friends in attendance.

WEST ORANGE, NJ — Several West Orange firefighters earned promotions during a swearing-in ceremony at Town Hall last week.
The ceremony was held in the council chambers on Wednesday, with a packed room of family and friends in attendance. Those promoted were:
- Frank Noborine and Phillip Johnson received the rank of deputy fire chief
- Richard Mulligan, William Wanger and Daniel Carrion received the rank of fire captain
Mayor Susan McCartney administered the oath of office, and Fire Chief Anthony Vecchio introduced the promotees and commented on their leadership and professional skills.
