West Orange police are seeking information on whoever removed all four tires and rims on a West Orange resident's new Honda Accord Monday and left the vehicle on cinder blocks.  The alleged tire theft occurred on the Millburn, West Orange, Livingston border in the residential area across the street from <a href="https://patch.com/L-r5L" rel="nofollow">St. Barnabas Medical Center</a>, West Orange police said.  According to the report,  the tires and rims were removed from the car between 11 p.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday. The owner told police the tires and 18-inch rims were valued at $2,000. There have been no similar reports of thefts in the area, police said.
