For a schedule of Passover services at <a href="https://westorange.patch.com/directory" rel="nofollow">synagogues around West Orange</a> head to their websites.  Ticket sales for Senior Spring Fling <a href="http://www.westorange.org/Calendar.aspx?EID=1127&amp;month=3&amp;year=2013&amp;day=25&amp;calType=0" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">continue Monday through Wednesday</a> in Town Hall, Room 207 from 9 a.m. to noon on a first come first serve basis.  Non-residents must belong to a West Orange Senior Club. On Wednesday, the Board of Education is slated to approve the 2013-2014 school budget with a full presentation for the public at 8 p.m. in the High School.  The school district announced Friday the expected school tax increase will be 1.29 percent or less, a spokesperson for the district said.  The proposed 1.29 percent tax increase, for an average assessed home at $339,000, would raise taxes approximately $186.  On Friday, all municipal government offices will be closed for Good Friday.
