Adarsh Jacob, the class of 2025 salutatorian, told the gathered students to “go out and shine.” It was a point that valedictorian Andrew Chang agreed with.

“I was quite scared to write this speech, not because I had to speak to an audience of a few thousand, but because I had to confront the fact that the reality I knew would be no more,” Chang said.

“While it may not be high school, there will be times in our lives when we wish the present could be endless,” Chang continued. “But remember that life is always in flux, it’s never-ending, so we must embrace moving forward.”
