West Orange Schools Closed Thursday Due To Winter Storm
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory and a hazardous weather outlook for the West Orange area.
WEST ORANGE, NJ — The West Orange Public School District will be closed on Thursday, Feb. 6 due to a winter storm.
According to an advisory from the district:
“Due to the weather impacting road conditions, and in order to keep our students and staff safe especially during the peak of the storm, the West Orange Public Schools will be CLOSED Thursday, February 6, 2025. All after school events district wide are cancelled. Thank you and stay safe.”
The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a winter weather advisory and a hazardous weather outlook for the West Orange area that will be in effect until Thursday afternoon.
