WEST ORANGE, NJ — Candidates in West Orange's town council race have raised a combined $110,151 in political contributions so far, according to the latest state campaign finance reports.
There are seven people competing for three open seats on the West Orange Town Council in the Nov. 5 general election. See Related: Voting In West Orange For 2024 Election (What To Know)
According to the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC), candidate finance report deadlines fall on Oct. 7, Oct. 25 and Nov. 25 this year. Any contribution received in excess of $200 in the aggregate from one source and any amount of cash is required to be reported in detail.
