30-Unit Apartment Building Proposed For New Street In Woodbridge

On Wednesday night, the Woodbridge Planning Board will hear a proposal to build a new 30-unit apartment building on New Street.

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — On Wednesday night, the Woodbridge Planning Board will hear a proposal to build a new 30-unit apartment building on New Street, in Woodbridge proper.

This will be a four-story, 30-unit apartment building at New Street and North Williams Street, fronting New Street.

The developer also seeks to build two parking lots, one of 52 parking spaces and the second of 32 parking spaces. The developer, identified in board documents as Isad Fetic, Inc., is seeking variances to build the apartment building.

This is according to this Nov. 12 Woodbridge Planning Board agenda.

The Planning Board will hear the application at their meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, held in the Council chambers of Woodbridge town hall (1 Main Street).
