CARTERET, NJ - A crash on the New Jersey Turnpike in Carteret has prompted commuting delays Tuesday morning, authorities said.
As of 6:13 a.m., there’s an overturned tractor trailer on the New Jersey Turnpike outer roadway northbound north of Interchange 12 - Carteret - Rahway in Carteret, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
The right shoulder is closed, the agency said.
