Woodbridge Attorney Center of Lance Armstrong's Latest Lawsuit
Woodbridge-based lawyer represents plaintiffs who claim they were ripped off.

An Attorney of Woodbridge-based, Wilentz Goldman & Spitzer, is representing a group of consumers who purchased Lance Armstrong’s autobiography and now claim they were ripped off, according The National Law Journal.
Attorney Kevin Roddy is representing the group of Californians in a $5 million lawsuit. The consumers claim that they purchased and read the books believing Armstrong never used performance enhancement drugs and now knowing that he as they believe they were ripped off.
Roddy told the Journal: “The claim against the publishers is that at some point in time they knew or should have known that the books were lies.”
Armstrong’s publishers have now moved to dismiss the lawsuit, while his lawyer, Zia Modabber, also denies the allegations, according to the Journal.
“The few paragraphs where Lance denies using performance-enhancing drugs don’t turn books about his entire life into works of fiction,” he said.
