Movie Night: Bring a blanket, some snacks and the whole family for the movie, “The Odd Life of Timothy Green” at Woodbridge Main Public Library. Movie begins at 2 p.m. “A childless couple bury a box in their backyard, containing all of their wishes for an infant. Soon, a child is born, though Timothy Green is not all that he appears,” All Movie describes.

NJ Takeover: Local clothing designers and music artists get together for an event at Chris Michael’s in Woodbridge to show off what they are working on. The NJ Takeover event features Woodbridge based clothing companies and music performances by local artists. Time Machine: Civil War Living History weekend begins at 10 a.m. in Parker Press Park on Saturday and Sunday. A 150th Commemoration Ceremony will take place on Saturday followed by candle light visits of Union and Confederate camps and Civilian areas.

Drive-in movie: This weekend, clear your schedule for an old-fashioned drive-in movie at the Woodbridge Community Center. Pull up your car and tune in your radio at 6 p.m. on Sunday for "Jaws."

Youth Soccer: Register for youth soccer at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Woodbridge Center Mall any day this weekend. The league is open to boys and girls ages 3 to 16. No tryouts and season begins in September. Visit woodbridgeyouthsoccer.com for more information.
