Fords Man Accused of Boating Under the Influence
David Zboyan, 53, was arrested for piloting a boat under the influence of alcohol, Coast Guard says.
A Fords man was arrested on charges he was allegedly driving his boat under the influence of alcohol in the waters of the Raritan Bay/ Ward Point Bend East, officials told SILive.com.
The Coast Guard arrested David Zboyan, 53, at around 7:20 p.m. while operating a 26-foot vessel, SILive reported.
Operating a vessel of under the influence is a violation of navigation law, according to District Attorney Daniel Donovan’s office.
