WOODBRIDGE, NJ — An indoor game store for kids, teens and young adults will open where the West Marine once stood in Woodbridge.
Activate Games will open at St. Georges Crossing shopping center, in the 14,650-square-foot space that used to house West Marine. This was confirmed Monday by Levin Management, which does the leasing for St. Georges Crossing.

Activate Games is like indoor laser tag, paintball and an escape room all in one: It's a live-action indoor gaming facility where players "jump, climb, problem-solve and laugh, as you and your friends move between challenges," the company said on its website. "Each dynamic game room has interactive technology that reacts in real time, ensuring an adrenaline-filled adventure."
Activate Games is opening across the United States; there is already an existing Activate Games location at American Dream mall in East Rutherford.
