Corby Pascucci: About 3 months

Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?
Corby Pascucci: I found the cannabis business to be attractive for several reasons. The industry is relatively new and rapidly expanding. It offers opportunities for innovation in product development, marketing, and distribution. The creative spirit in me and a desire to pioneer new ideas piqued my interest, along with a personal passion for cannabis culture, advocacy, or the plant itself. When legalization was announced here in New Jersey, the opportunity arose to enter this exciting and burgeoning market.

Patch: What's the most common piece of advice you give to customers?
Corby Pascucci: For a new customer I'd recommend starting with a low dose and gradually increasing until they find the right amount for their needs. This approach helps customers avoid consuming too much cannabis at once, which can lead to discomfort or unwanted side effects. For a customer who regularly consumes, I'd recommend different strains or products based on the customer's desired effects, tolerance level, and consumption method preferences.

Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
Corby Pascucci: The most satisfying aspect is likely the opportunity to provide a product that can genuinely enhance people's lives. There's also the fulfillment that comes from building a business that aligns with personal values and interests. Plus, the cannabis industry often fosters a sense of community, allowing owners to connect with customers and contribute to a growing cultural and economic movement.
