"We are a very community forward, casual, fun environment," said executive chef and co-owner Peter Botros. "Some place you can go any day of the week, grab happy hour, grab a quick bite to eat. Grab dinner before the show. Very approachable menu, things like burgers, wings but also some entrees like pork chops and steaks. Really, really fun deserts, really fun drinks."

"Being that we are attached to the Arts Center we are really pushing the personality of our staff and the (comfort) of our dining room," Botros continued. "It's gonna become a neighborhood staple."
