WOODBRIDGE, NJ — On Thursday afternoon, Woodbridge Township will turn on the traffic and pedestrian crosswalk signal at the intersection of Oak Tree Road, Magnolia Road and Plymouth Drive.
This is a four-way intersection in Iselin, and many people walk in the area.
It will be turned on at 1 p.m. Thursday.

This is a new $1 million state-of-the-art traffic and pedestrian crosswalk signal that was installed with the help of the county. This is part of Woodbridge's efforts on its "Vision-Zero" campaign to end distracted driving, and reduce the number of fatal incidents where pedestrians are hit by cars in Middlesex County.
