Results Of Primary Election In Woodbridge
Here are unofficial results as vote counts come in Tuesday night.
WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill is the projected winner of the Democratic primary for NJ governor, and Jack Ciattarelli will be the Republican nominee. The two will face off in November in what will likely be a very heated race to be New Jersey's next governor.
These are not official results, which take several days for county clerks to certify. Here are the early returns and projected winners:

Woodbridge is in New Jersey's 19th legislative district. Voters were asked to choose two on Tuesday:
- Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin (D-Woodbridge) (Coughlin lives in Woodbridge.) Democrat: Winner, 42 percent of the vote
- Assemblywoman Yvonne Lopez (D-Perth Amboy) Democrat: Winner 44 percent of the vote
- Michelle Burwell: Unaffiliated

- Steven Fulop (Democrats for Change)
- Steve Sweeney (Regular Democratic Organization)
- Mikie Sherrill (Middlesex County Democratic Organization): Declared winner, with 34 percent of the vote, Associated Press reports
- Ras J. Baraka (Reimagine NJ)
- Josh Gottheimer (Lower Taxes, Lower Costs, Commonsense Democrat)
- Sean Spiller (Democrats Protecting Our Democracy in Middlesex)
Governor (Republican) (choose one on Tuesday)
- Justin Barbera (Enough is Enough Uncompromised)
- Jack Ciattarelli (Endorsed by Middlesex County Republican Organization): Declared winner, with 66 percent of the vote, Associated Press reports
