These New Businesses Are All Coming To Woodbridge, In Sprouts Market Shopping Center

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Woodbridge's newest grocery store, Sprouts Market, just opened Friday and there are many new businesses that are now confirmed to open alongside it in the future.

Sprouts is located at 1002 St. Georges Avenue, the brand-new Cloverleaf shopping center across from the Woodbridge IHOP, at the extremely high-traffic intersection of Rts. 1, 9 and St. Georges Avenue.

Sprouts is the anchor tenant for Cloverleaf and was the first to open. However, these new businesses are also now confirmed to open there, said Wick Companies, Cloverleaf's developer/owner:

• Nasto’s Ice Cream shop - an old world ice cream shop that started in Newark
• A Paris Baguette
• LaserAway laser hair removal
• Habit Burger Grill
• Hummus Republic
• Two fitness centers: A Club Pilates and Alpha Fit Club
• A honeygrow salad location
• And finally, a Hallmark store

This is according to Wick's website. None of them have announced opening dates yet.

Wick says it has more retail space in Cloverleaf available to rent, and even has a liquor license available.

Cloverleaf was given a PILOT from the town. According to the developer, that PILOT "will reduce each tenant’s real estate taxes and provide a predictable payment."

"Brand new retail center," said Wick on its website. "Upgraded finishes, paver walkways, decorative signage, fast EV charging spaces, great exposure, visibility and access. Strong population and income levels. 95,000 cars per day on Route 1 & 9. Close to Route 287, NJ Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, Route 27 & Route 18."

Sprouts says it is a farmers' market-style grocery store and has a large selection of plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free and keto items.
