Today in Woodbridge: Woodbridge Wednesday, Planning Board Meeting

1. Stressed out? "Meditation, A Spiritual Solution to Stress, Anger and Conflict" will teach you to how to cope with stress and negative feelings. Scheduled for 7:30 p.m. today, Wednesday, Aug. 28 at the Woodbridge Main Library, this program is free and open to the public.

2. Check out the weekly farmers market from 3-8:30 p.m. today at Parker Press Park, part of Woodbridge Wednesday.

3. After shopping at the farmers market, grab a seat in in the park for a concert by musician Richard Barone of The Bongos. The concert is free and begins at 7:30 p.m.
