The undercover police officers said they wanted to consult with Mattos on what medical and cosmetic procedures she had available. Mattos told the undercover officers her name was Adrianna and she offered the officers various services, said the prosecutor. She showed them before- and after- pictures of purported clients on her cell phone.

While inside the home, undercover officers observed boxes labeled lidocaine and dermal fillers.
