Wellness Day, Early Dismissal Today in Woodbridge

1. Seniors are invited to the Rahway YMCA from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. today, Wednesday, Oct. 2 for Wellness Day. Woodbridge physician Dr. Robert Boyd will perform free health screenings.

2. Seniors with interest in jewelry making and knitting can visit the Woodbridge Community Center from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. today for a group gathering. Mahjongg will follow from 1-3 p.m.

3. Bring your little ones to the Fords Branch of the Woodbridge Public Library from 10:15-10:45 a.m. today for storytime. Registration is required by calling (732) 726-7071, ext. 7200. The event is suited for children ages 12-24 months.

4. Today is early dismissal in all Woodbridge Township Schools to accommodate a professional development day. Visit the district website for school-specific information.
