The Children’s Clothes Closet will be open from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday at the First Presbyterian Church of Woodbridge with clothing available for purchase at reasonable prices. Proceeds benefit the Church’s food pantry.
The Community Center has “School’s Out Skating” Monday from 12:00 to 3:00 pm and the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life gets 20% of the food proceeds Monday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at Dave & Buster’s in Woodbridge Center.

The Colonia Library has Crochet and Coloring Tuesday at 6:00 pm and the Main Library has a Medicare 101 Seminar Wednesday at 1:00 pm.
The Chamber of Commerce has a Top Chef Competition fundraiser Thursday at 6:00 pm at Bahama Breeze outside Woodbridge Center and the Main Library has educator and photographer Gary D. Saretzky discussing the Richard Wright book “12 Million Black Voices” at 7:00 pm by Zoom so to register call 732-634-4450.

Next Saturday, kids can Try Hockey for Free at the Community Center at 11:15 am and next Sunday the Independent Club of Colonia has its Black History Month celebration at 3:00 pm at the Acacia Center at 95 Port Reading Avenue.
You can sign your kids or grandkids up for baseball, softball and soccer before February 24 by calling the Recreation Office at 732-596-4048 or emailing recreationdepartment@twp.woodbridge.nj.us. Leagues run from April through June with baseball and soccer for ages 3-15 and softball for kids from kindergarten through 6th grade.
The Woodbridge Fire Department is collecting food and supplies for pets at the Woodbridge Animal Shelter through March 1 which can be dropped off at the Firehouse at 418 School Street.
