WOODBRIDGE, NJ — This past Monday at 4 p.m. was the deadline to file to run for Woodbridge school board in 2025.

Here's who is running for Woodbridge school board, town council and Woodbridge's two state Assembly seats this fall. The election for all three will be Nov. 4.

  • Jonathan Triebwasser: Current BOE member, Inspiring Young Minds slate
  • Akshar Sidana: Current BOE member, Inspiring Young Minds slate
  • Vincent Coughlin: First time running for the school board, his father is NJ Assembly speaker Craig Coughlin. Inspiring Young Minds slate

Vote for one, for a two-year term:

  • Stephan Lally, Inspiring Young Minds slate
  • Tom Maras, Educate to Empower

Ward 1 seat (Woodbridge proper):

Ward 2 seat (Fords/Hopelawn):

  • Harold Bauer, Jr. Democrat, current Councilman, seeks re-election
  • Paul Lund Republican

Ward 3 seat (Avenel):

Ward 4 seat (Iselin):
