Woodbridge Jazz, Poetry Coffee House To Feature Local Talent

The Barron Arts Center will be hosting two jazz and poetry coffee houses set to feature local up-and-coming artists.

WOODBRIDGE, NJ - Lovers of jazz music and poetry, look no further.

The Barron Arts Center will be hosting two jazz and poetry coffee houses in August and September, set to feature local up-and-coming poets and musicians.

“The Coffee House Readings present a variety of music and poetry celebrating a diverse group of local poets and musicians sharing their work in an engaging and exciting atmosphere,” the Barron Arts Center said in a social media post.

“The audience will experience many types of poetry including traditional and spoken word followed by a limited open mic at the end of each reading.”

The coffee houses will take place at 4 p.m. at the Barron Arts Center (582 Rahway Ave., Woodbridge). Admission is free.

August 19: Damian Rucci, Arianna Astuni, Thomas Obrzut with Live Music by Beth Borrus

September 16: Anthony George, John Lunar Richey, Dave Roskos with Live Music by Lisa Kasimow
