Woodbridge Man, 21, Indicted on Charges For Sexually Assaulting 12-Year-Old Girl
Keith Bell, 21, was indicted on charges for sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl and posting photos of her on the Internet.

Keith Bell, 21, of Woodbridge has been indicted by a Middlesex County grand jury on charges he sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl and posted photos of her on the Internet.
Bell was arrested on Feb. 28 and charged with aggravated sexual assault, two counts of sexual assault, two counts of endangering the welfare of the child, one count of causing a prohibited sexual act and child pornography.
During the indictment, he was charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and theft by extortion.
Bell had persuaded the 12-year-old to send him sexually explicit photos of herself between Jan. 23 and Feb. 26, according to the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s office. He also told her he would not post the photos on the Internet if she gave him a certain amount of cash.
Police originally learned of this incident through another 12-year-old girl who saw the photos and contacted authorities.
