Unsure of what to do with all of those unwanted cookies, cakes and animal treats that you and your pet received over the holidays? Join the Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge for a cookie and animal treat exchange.
The event will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Dec. 29 at Access Self Storage, 574 Commerce St., Franklin Lakes. Attendees can learn about the shelter, enjoy refreshments and meet some adoptable pets.
Donations also will be accepted, and all proceeds directly benefit the animals of the shelter.
