The staff of the in Wyckoff recently celebrated a deficiency-free survey by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services.
The survey covers virtually every aspect of the facility, including atmosphere, medication and health-care services, social and recreational activitie, and dining services. During the exit interview, the surveyor said, "It is evident that you not only care for your residents, but you care about your residents." They complimented staff further and said, "It's nice to see staff having fun with residents because it means residents will be engaged."
