Elementary School In Wyckoff Confirms Positive Coronavirus Case
Wyckoff Superintendent Dr. Kerry L. Postma confirmed that "an individual" at Sicomac Elementary recently tested positive for COVID-19.
WYCKOFF, NJ — Wyckoff Superintendent Dr. Kerry L. Postma has confirmed that "an individual" at Sicomac Elementary School recently tested positive for COVID-19. The superintendent confirmed the news to parents in a letter Tuesday.
Postma did not say if it was a faculty member or a student who had contracted the virus.
According to NorthJersey.com, parents whose children were in close contact with the person who tested positive had received a call from the district.

Those who did not have close contact with the infected person have been advised to quarantine, the Daily Voice reported.
The school officially reopened late last month with a hybrid schedule.
