Christian Health Care Adult Day Services at Christian Health Care Center plans a Caregiver Support Group from noon to 1 p.m. Feb. 8.
The meeting provides support to people caring for a loved one suffering from dementia and other medical problems relating to aging. The meeting is facilitated by Kerri Sherer, LSW. In addition, information about area social services will be available, and attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions or vent their feelings and share knowledge with others facing similar issues.
The meeting is open to the public, and no reservations are necessary. It will be held at the center, 301 Sicomac Ave. Follow signs for Building 1, Human Resources. The meeting will be in the all-purpose room.
