Musician Jessie Chris Spreading Anti-Bullying Message In Wyckoff
Chris, who was the victim of extreme bullying in school, will be at Abraham Lincoln Elementary School Thursday as part of a tour.

WYCKOFF, NJ — Jesse Chris, an anti-bullying advocate and award-winning musician, will speak at Abraham Lincoln Elementary School Thursday morning as part of a nationwide anti-bullying tour.
Chris was the victim of extreme bullying when she was young. She has made anti-bullying a major element of her career and has visited more than 75 schools.
Chris previously was an ambassador for Disney's "Choose Kindness" and Sylvania Lighting's "Be The Light" campaigns.

"Having been able to overcome the bullying I faced and pursue my dreams is living proof that if one believes in themselves and turns down the volume of bully anything is possible," Chris said in a statement. "If I can help just one student that has been facing adversity then I have achieved success."
Chris has performed on the "Today Show" and was the first country artist to be named Artist of the Month by Elvis Duran.
