Located at the Canandaigua Lake, NYK Cafe features awe-inspiring views, and a breathtaking atmosphere. Their tasting room features 60 different and ever changing New York State wines, 10 taps highlighting seasonal craft beers and ciders, distilled spirits, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
"Sip and savor our diverse flights in a fun, relaxing atmosphere," the site states.

A non-profit organization in collaboration with the restaurant partners with area farmers, and offers beverage and cooking classes, as well as a Junior Chef Initiative.
Established in 1857, The Fly Creek Cider Mill & Orchard is a historic, water-powered mill on the banks of Fly Creek, just minutes from Cooperstown.
Enjoy their home-grown apple wines, ciders, and more than 150 specialty food products, including apple salsa, preserves, cheese and fudge.
3. Adirondacks - The Adirondack Beverage Trail
The Adirondack Beverage Trail is a self-guided tour of 27 beer, wine, cider, soda, and distilled spirits makers throughout Warren, Essex, Washington, and Northern Saratoga Counties.
Through the trail’s digital passport app, participants check-in at each location and win prizes.
4. Hudson Valley - Angry Orchard Innovation Cider House
Located in Walden, New York, visitors can taste fresh batches of the beloved household name.
The Cider House offers various draft, canned, and bottled cider for purchase; tasting flights are also available for purchase with no additional booking required.
Several different packages are also offered, such as a treehouse experience, a picnic experience, and orchard tours.
Visitors can also enjoy fresh food from its in-house kitchen all days they are open with the addition of food trucks onsite on Saturdays and Sundays.
5. Long Island — Riverhead Cider House
Located at the gateway of the Long Island Wine Region, the Riverhead Cider House is an 8,000 square foot facility with two floor-to-ceiling fireplaces. Its tasting room features a wide variety of naturally harvested apple ciders, local beer and wine, and other apple products.
