On Friday, July 7, Chipotle Mexican Grill is opening its first restaurant in Fishkill, making it easier for Dutchess County residents to enjoy fresh, high-quality food they crave and can feel good about eating!
The new Fishkill restaurant is located in the Hudson Valley Towne Center at 18 Westage Drive, Fishkill, NY 12524, and normal hours of operation will be 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days per week.
