New York State’s Resilient Transportation System

Transport agencies across the nation are adapting to changing climate conditions. In an interview NYSDOT talks about what they are doing.

The US has experienced severe weather changes including floods, droughts, and hurricanes, damaging infrastructure and habitats. Recently, the country experienced a wave of winter storms one of which took place in western New York. In this episode of the ETAP Podcast from the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, Commissioner Marie Therese Dominguez, of the New York State Department of Transportation talks about how her agency works to build a resilient transportation system.
