ALBANY, NY - “The City of Albany has lost a legend. It was an honor to know Peter Pryor and to hear him speak on a number of occasions. As the first Black graduate of Albany Law School, and as a respected board member of so many prominent organizations including the Board of Regents and the NAACP, Peter fought for justice and helped residents from all walks of life. I join so many today grieving Peter’s loss, including his wife, Barbara, and his son, Marcus.”
